Job summary

Creation Technologies is strengthening its Continuous Improvement program to boost operational performance and engage employees at all levels. The role leads CI initiatives, coaches leaders and frontline teams, and aligns CI with annual business planning for long-term excellence.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing operations, 3+ years in CI, and proven Lean Six Sigma deployment with measurable business impact. Strong facilitation and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, or other continuous improvement certification is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the site’s CI roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional/global CI strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor site leaders, CI practitioners, and frontline employees to build CI capability.
  • Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment results, identify gaps, and implement actions to advance maturity.
  • Oversee CI project pipeline, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
