Albert Bartlett's Boston site is seeking a Continuous Improvement Graduate for the 2027 intake. The role offers hands‑on experience across production, engineering, planning and supply chain with structured rotational placements and mentor support to develop leadership capability.

You’ll work on real business challenges, applying lean methods, data analytics and AI‑enabled tooling to drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or study in operations/engineering/ manufacturing disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver improvements impacting safety, quality, cost, service and productivity.
• Analyse operational performance data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Support Lean and CI initiatives and rotate across sites/functions.
