Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with time studies, line balancing and workflow optimization.
• Experience enabling OEE improvements and designing fixtures.
• Ability to lead multiple CI and cost-reduction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and prioritize CI opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, work instructions and documentation.
• Perform time studies, labor analysis and line balancing.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements to reduce scrap and increase capacity.
• Lead cost savings initiatives from concept to validation.
• Support capital equipment justification with cost-benefit analyses.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive Lean initiatives including 6S, visual management, KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize production disruption.
• Develop manufacturing layouts and material flow improvements.
