Job summary

Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education (OCE) is seeking an experienced coordinator to provide advanced support for RSS, live conferences, online activities, and enduring materials. The role ensures activities are planned, implemented, and documented per ACCME/ANCC standards while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related office experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with CE standards and accrediting bodies.
• Experience with training and onboarding.
• Experience with LMS or accreditation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RSS contact and manage planning form submissions.
• Lead RSS trainings for course directors and administrators.
• Review RSS documentation and provide feedback.
• Maintain RSS timelines and collect documentation.
• Respond to inquiries on accreditation policies.
• Generate end-of-year RSS reports and certificates.
• Organize activity files, accreditation files, databases, and LMS (EEDS) for compliance.
• Generate/distribute activity invoices and monitor payments via TouchNet.
• Coordinate with course directors, faculty, participants, exhibitors, and education partners.
• Co-lead onboarding of student workers and new project coordinators.
