Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to support the education and development of residents within a fast-paced academic medical center. You will ensure compliance with ACGME standards, manage scheduling, evaluations, and program logistics, and serve as the primary contact for residents, fellows, faculty, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years of bachelor’s degree coursework.
• One year of administrative experience.

• Process CME reimbursements and in-training exams.
• Coordinate and administer in-training examinations for residents.
• Manage daily residency program operations and scheduling.
• Track accreditation records and evaluations.
• Coordinate CCC and PEC meetings and track milestones.
