Job summary

IECRM is seeking a dedicated Continuing Education & Compliance Coordinator to support the Training Department with planning, scheduling, and implementing CEU and Career College courses—both in-class and online. You will collaborate with the Training Director on new delivery models and manage reciprocity and licensure documentation across states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all CEUs and Career College classes and instructor documentation are current and maintained per DORA and CDHE guidelines.
• Manage scheduling and outreach of CEU classes, and communicate with instructors, students, contractor members and colleagues.
• Collaborate with Training Director to implement new models for CEU class delivery.
• Coordinate room setup and access to IECRM facilities for after-hours classes.
• Maintain materials and supplies for CEU and Career College courses and assist in event outreach.
