Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Operations to support the contingent workforce program across onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and governance. You will collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, suppliers, and MSP partners to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates are organized, analytical, and collaborative, with a track record of improving processes and solving complex workflow challenges across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contingent workforce administration or related operations experience.
• Experience with enterprise tech platforms and VMS systems.
• Strong data quality, documentation, and governance practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and reporting

Responsibilities

• Support contingent workforce processes for managers and stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, requests, and issues with timely follow-up.
• Assist training activities, program communications, and governance reviews.
• Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics.
