GAS Energy Staffing LLC is seeking an Onboarding Administrator in Huntsville to coordinate the onboarding of contingent workers requiring system access. You will liaise between client sponsors, project teams, and contractor personnel to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in onboarding coordination, strong Excel skills, and experience with GMP-regulated environments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of administrative or onboarding coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and determine methods to achieve expected results.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated facilities.
• Prior experience in an Owner’s Representative or PMC role for major capital projects exceeding $1B TIC.
• Experience supporting engineering, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.

• Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, training, and access requests.
• Track onboarding status and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communications.
• Maintain onboarding records and provide status updates as needed.
• Support general business operations through administrative activities.
