Walker Healthforce, Inc. is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to be the primary contact for contract employees across client sites.

The role focuses on building relationships, addressing concerns, and driving engagement to support workforce stability. The ideal candidate will manage timekeeping, ATS usage, and system documentation while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, HR, staffing, or customer service.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently and work remotely or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between Walker Healthforce and contract employees at client sites.
• Conduct regular virtual or in-person visits to address concerns and maintain relationships.
• Drive retention by implementing retention initiatives and addressing performance concerns.
• Support assignment extensions and ensure seamless continuity and documentation.
• Perform quality checks for satisfaction and client requirements.
• Plan and execute employee appreciation events.
• Prepare and send welcome packages monthly.
• Navigate contingent labor management systems and oversee timekeeping.
• Use ATS Bullhorn to maintain records and communicate with internal teams.
• Stay informed about client practices and procedures.
