Job summary

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary contact for contract employees at client sites. You will build relationships, ensure consultants feel connected, and address needs to support retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating visits, overseeing timekeeping, maintaining records in Bullhorn, and collaborating with teams to deliver outstanding service to our contingent workforce.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in employee relations, human resources, staffing, or customer service.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (ATS, timekeeping platforms, client portals).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Walker Healthforce and contract employees placed remotely and at client locations.
• Conduct regular visits (virtual or in-person) to address concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Drive retention by implementing engagement initiatives and resolving performance or satisfaction issues.
• Oversee timekeeping processes and document communications in ATS/Bullhorn.
• Stay informed about client practices and ensure smooth coordination across assignments.
