Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least two years of direct recruiting, case management, or workforce development experience.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and employer engagement practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Assist employers with WorkinTexas.com registration to post job orders, recruit and refer qualified job seekers.
• Plan and execute recruiting and hiring events for employers and diverse job seekers.
• Deliver presentations about employment opportunities and labor market information.
• Record and document services in WorkInTexas.com to demonstrate WPA compliance.
