LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team, focusing on the Contingent Workforce Program.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, SLA-driven requests, and reporting while collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and policy adherence. The role emphasizes process management, data reporting, and daily CWF/Beeline administration, with opportunities to contribute to cost reductions and operational improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in a medium to large professional environment or 1+ years in sourcing, VMS, MSP, recruiting, operations or contingent labor support.
• MS Office skills including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities based on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Contingent Workforce Program (CWF) in day-to-day operations including onboarding/offboarding and monitoring end dates.
• Process extensions and respond to questions about the program and guidelines.
• Assist with weekly/monthly status reports for active requisitions in VMO.
• Collaborate with departments to develop strategy, policies and issue resolutions.
• Perform daily administration of the CWF/Beeline system and compile monthly reports.
