Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for Continence Care in Seattle, WA. You will drive sales growth by building partnerships with key healthcare decision makers, delivering product in-services, and expanding Coloplast's Continence Care portfolio across your territory.

The role requires a proven track record in med tech or medical device sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel 25-50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR
• 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute plans to meet territory sales objectives.
• Develop strategies to maximize territory and company objectives using sales data.
• Understand customers' environments and decision makers, addressing key issues and opportunities for Coloplast.
• Advance sales with targeted accounts to meet yearly commitments.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and communicate financial impact.
