SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a Contents Manager to oversee contents restoration operations, from inventory and pack-out to cleaning, storage, and final pack-back. You will ensure accurate documentation and clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, experience in restoration or contents management, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory and documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations.
• Leadership experience and ability to direct a team.
• Restoration, contents, moving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contents inventory, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
• Accurately photograph, document, label, and track customer belongings
• Coordinate contents crews and daily project activities
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their belongings and project
• Identify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure contents are packed, handled, transported, and stored safely
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain SERVPRO standards for professionalism, safety, quality, and customer service
