SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an organized, dependable Contents Manager to oversee our contents restoration operations after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This role emphasizes accurate documentation and customer communication from inventory and pack-out through final pack-back.

You will coordinate contents projects, manage inventories, photograph and label belongings, and guide crews daily while upholding SERVPRO standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory and documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations.
• Leadership experience and the ability to direct a team.
• Restoration, contents, moving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass applicable employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contents inventory, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
• Accurately photograph, document, label, and track customer belongings.
• Coordinate contents crews and daily project activities.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their belongings and project.
• Identify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure contents are packed, handled, transported, and stored safely.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain SERVPRO standards for professionalism, safety, quality, and customer service.
