SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an organized Contents Manager to oversee our contents restoration operations. You will coordinate contents projects from inventory and pack-out through cleaning, storage, and final pack-back, ensuring accurate documentation and excellent communication with customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, and safe handling of belongings, with opportunities to guide a team and improve processes in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations.
• Leadership experience to direct a team.
• Restoration, contents, moving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contents inventory, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
• Photograph, document, label, and track customer belongings accurately.
• Coordinate contents crews and daily project activities.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding status of belongings and projects.
• Identify salvageable vs non-salvageable contents and document accordingly.
• Ensure contents are packed, handled, transported, and stored safely.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving.
• Uphold SERVPRO standards for professionalism, safety, quality, and customer service.
