ServiceMaster Restore Haven Restoration Group is seeking an experienced Contents Operations Manager in Spartanburg, SC. This hands-on leadership role oversees contents restoration projects from scope through completion, including packing, cleaning, storage, and billing handoffs.

• Experience in contents restoration, disaster recovery, moving and storage, or warehouse operations.
• Proven record managing employees, schedules, and multiple active projects.
• Ability to build project scopes and understand estimates and job costs.
• Strong inventory-management, organizational, leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• IICRC certifications and contents-management or estimating software experience are a plus

Contents Operations Manager

Full Time • Spartanburg, SC • $80,000-$120,000/year + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Contents Operations Manager to lead all aspects of contents restoration projects, from the initial assessment and pack-out through cleaning, storage, pack-back, and customer completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, accountable professional who can manage people, protect customer property, maintain accurate documentation, and drive department profitability.

What You\'ll Do

1. Own contents projects from scope through completion, including production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, and warehouse space


2. Lead, train, and hold the contents team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service


3. Ensure every item is photographed, inventoried, labeled, tracked, and returned with accurate chain-of-custody records


4. Inspect work at key stages and require corrections before delivery or pack-back


5. Keep customers, adjusters, and Project Managers informed on timelines, changes, and concerns


6. Manage job costs against budget, document scope changes before extra work is performed, and hand off complete files ready for billing


7. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members


8. Keep the warehouse organized and properly staffed
