eNGINE is looking for an experienced engineer to lead the backend migration of a marketing website from WordPress to Contentful, hosted on Azure. You will anchor the project’s backend, collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure the public site remains visually consistent during the transition.

As the technical lead, you will design content models, migrate assets, set up Contentful environments, and automate publishing workflows.

Qualifications

Hands-on Contentful experience and migration work on Contentful.
Proven WordPress migration background with prior projects.
Experience with Azure hosting and deployment.
Strong backend development and content-architecture skills.
Experience building automation or templating for publishing workflows.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Plan and execute migration of WordPress content to Contentful.
Design content models, structures, and workflows for marketing needs.
Configure and manage Contentful environment and Azure integration.
Collaborate with frontend team to ensure backend supports frontend with no visual changes.
Migrate pages and media assets, including embedded video content.
Build automation/templates to standardize content types, e.g., press releases.
Document architecture, content models, and processes for handoff.
