Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Sitecore Architect to lead the migration of our AEM on-premises CMS to Sitecore XM Cloud and to continue as a core member of the digital experience platform team. You will shape architectural governance, solution design, and development leadership as Sitecore evolves.

The role requires deep enterprise CMS expertise, hands-on development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure web experiences.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in web/enterprise engineering with 5+ years leading Sitecore implementations (multi-site, multilingual, high-traffic).
• At least 8 years in enterprise CMS with architecture and development in Sitecore XM Cloud/XP or headless.
• Strong with .NET Core, C#, Next.js, React, GraphQL, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and lead migration from AEM on-premises to Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Sitecore architectural landscape including multi-site and multilingual frameworks.
• Establish Sitecore architecture standards and deployment practices; guide technical decisions.
• Hands-on development and mentoring for scalable, composable Sitecore components.
• Architect integration with CRM, DAM, Analytics, and MA platforms.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability across cloud deployments.
