Contentful Web Operations Specialist — Growth & CRO

Job summary

Right Side Up is seeking a detail-obsessed Web Operations Specialist with deep Contentful experience to own day-to-day website updates for multiple client sites. You will publish pages, update copy and disclosures, and ensure content accuracy across rapidly changing sites.

You will collaborate with marketing, legal and compliance, product, and engineering, handling a steady queue of requests (10–40 hours per week) with shifting priorities, including CRO tests and experiments in Contentful.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience publishing website content in fast-paced environments (manager to senior manager).
• Strong hands-on Contentful experience; able to work independently from day one.
• Excellent attention to detail and QA discipline with regulated content.
• Comfort with a high volume of detailed updates via a ticket-based queue.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities independently.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and engineering.
• Experience in fast-moving startups or large enterprises; fintech/regulated industry a plus.
• Experience building/conducting CRO experiments (A/B or multivariate).
• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish website content and pages in Contentful, including copy and product info.
• Create and update landing pages tied to campaigns and product launches.
• QA changes before and after publishing to ensure accuracy and links.
