Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Content Studio Operations Manager to oversee production workflows, routing decisions, and cross-functional collaboration across our content ecosystem. You will manage logistics for photography, video, and AI-generated content, driving efficiency and KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Digital Commerce, this on-site role at the Tamarac corporate office leads a high-performing team, champions Agile practices, and partners with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics management, preferably in creative/content workflows.
• Experience leading Agile teams and delivering cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Content Operations & Routing across production methods including photography, video, and AI content.
• Improve workflows and KPIs such as Cost-Per-Asset, Time-to-Publish, and AI adoption rate.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, merchandising, and marketing to align priorities and resources.
• Lead and coach the Content Studio team; run Agile ceremonies and mentor staff.
