Job summary

CELLA is seeking a Production Manager for a remote 12-month contract to drive entertainment content launches and manage AI-powered workflows. You will maintain the project management portal, surface updates from the internal CMS, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with content producers and developers.

You will prototype AI capabilities, build automation, and onboard teams to new product requirements while ensuring data accuracy, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in project management, entertainment development, or related field.
• Coordinate work streams with deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
• Familiarity with AI tools for vibe coding such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini.
• Experience using and updating cloud management systems.
• Knowledge of production tooling and related project management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and partners.
• Collaborate with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements.
• Ensure project documentation is current and accessible by leads.
• Monitor site performance, data accuracy, and flag issues to stakeholders.
• Vibe code using AI tools to surface project info, milestones, and status reports.
• Drive development workflows with AI to accelerate timelines and reduce manual work.
• Build automation linking sites to internal CMS for real-time tracking.
• Prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations.
• Assist onboarding of teams to new product requirements and workflows.
