Job summary

CITY HOME seeks a Content Studio Operations Manager to drive end-to-end content production, spanning traditional studio work and AI-enabled generation. You will design scalable workflows, oversee content logistics, and partner with Creative leaders to optimize delivery at scale.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics or content workflows, strong Agile leadership, and the ability to manage a high-performing cross-functional team onsite in Tamarac, FL. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in creative workflows.
• Experience leading studio or content-production operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Content Operations & Routing across photography, video, and AI-generated content.
• Optimize workflows and monitor KPIs like Cost-Per-Asset and Time-to-Publish.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with eCommerce, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Manage and develop the Content Studio team with Agile practices.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and role responsibilities.
