Job summary
Simple Life is an AI-powered health coaching app seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to scale the Creative Production team. You will design and maintain core processes, onboarding, and documentation to ensure repeatable, efficient workflows across performance marketing channels.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or similar roles.
- Comfortable with performance metrics (ROAS, success rate, delivery) and data reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Experience building processes, documentation, and operating systems from scratch.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Systems-thinking mindset to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tooling.
- Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build clear and scalable processes: core processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and communication flows.
- Keep the team organized by coordinating check-ins, planning sessions, status updates and follow-ups.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration with producers, strategists, platform teams and stakeholders.
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work, including status tracking and reporting.
- Partner with AI and MarTech teams to build smarter, scalable workflows.
