Qualifications

• 10+ years of building or significantly scaling a content, production, editorial, or studio capability.
• Accomplished content maker with a portfolio spanning multiple formats and channels.
• Ability to develop high-priority content with leaders, researchers, customers, and external partners.
• Ability to lead work from concept through delivery while staying hands-on when required.
• Build trust with senior leaders, technical experts, and external talent.
• Operate with rigor in fast-moving production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the content studio’s creative vision, strategy, and quality measures, and partner with Production on workflows.
• Identify the right creative talent and partners across internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Create reusable formats, playbooks, and standards for fast, high-quality output across web, social, editorial, and brand channels.
• Prioritize requests and set the creative ambition and craft needs for each opportunity with Production to manage scope and budget.
