Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Content Studio Creative Lead to build and guide a centralized content studio that serves the broader creative team. You will be both a senior producer and a capability builder, shaping workflows, talent networks, and quality standards while partnering with Production to scale work across web, social, editorial, and brand channels.

You will move between hands-on content creation and systems thinking, collaborating with leaders, researchers, and external partners to tell

Qualifications

10+ years building or scaling content, production, editorial, or studio capability.
Accomplished content maker with portfolio across formats and channels.
Ability to develop high-priority content with leaders, researchers, customers, and partners.
Ability to lead work from concept through delivery while staying hands-on when needed.
Build trust with senior leaders, technical experts, and external talent.
Bring operational rigor and calm decision-making to fast-moving production environments.

Responsibilities

Define the studio's creative vision, strategy, and quality measures; align with Production on workflows.
Identify and assemble the right talent and partners for each project, across internal and external teams.
Create reusable formats, playbooks, and standards for fast, high-quality output across channels.
Collaborate with creative leads to set scope, budget, and craft requirements for opportunities.
