OpenArt is seeking a Creative Lead, Organic & Social to own the organic content strategy and lead a team of visual and motion designers, editors, and creators. This senior role demands original concepts, strong briefs, and hands-on direction across design, motion, and video to elevate content on social and owned channels.

You will collaborate with social, community, product marketing, and broader teams to shape what we create and how we create it, while pushing for high-impact, innovative work

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, social creative, content, design, video, or related field.
• Previous experience managing and directing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong portfolio of social-first work across design, motion, and video.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to explain why something works or doesn’t.
• Experience developing original concepts rather than only executing briefs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage our team of visual designers, motion designers, video editors, and other creative contributors.
• Own creative direction and quality across OpenArt’s organic social channels.
• Develop original creative concepts for product launches, social content, announcements, events, brand moments, recurring series, and other marketing initiatives.
• Turn ideas into clear creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, references, and directions for the team.
• Provide clear, actionable creative feedback across design, motion, video editing, storytelling, pacing, typography, composition, and visual execution.
• Collaborate with social and marketing teams to translate needs into strong creative.
• Conduct regular competitive and creative research across AI, technology, creator, entertainment, and social brands.
• Identify new formats, visual styles, trends, and ideas worth testing.
• Build repeatable formats and systems enabling high-quality content at pace.
• Maintain a consistent creative standard while testing new styles.
• Manage priorities and ensure projects move from concept to delivery efficiently.
• Help the team improve through regular feedback, coaching, and clear expectations.
