Job summary

PowerSchool is building a modern Knowledge Management organization to create a unified, AI-ready content foundation across 40+ products. The Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture, will shape the product content model, taxonomy, and reusable components to enable retrieval-augmented generation and scalable information architecture.

You will partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams to translate requirements into structured content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in content strategy, information architecture, knowledge management, or related field.
Experience working in a SaaS or product-driven environment.
Proven ability to design and scale content across complex product ecosystems.
Travel occasionally, up to 10%, for team events and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product content model, including content types, fields, relationships, and reuse patterns.
Establish taxonomy and tagging frameworks to enable discoverability and targeted delivery.
Design content structures that support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic relationships.
Design scalable information architecture systems across products, personas, and delivery channels.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams to align content with product experiences.
