In this independent contributor role, you will drive AI-enabled authoring workflows, define standards, and improve speed to market while upholding WCAG accessibility requirements across digital learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in instructional design, content development, or related fields.
• Experience designing structured content models within digital learning platforms and creating scalable content frameworks.
• Translate complex instructional concepts into organized, implementation-ready solutions while identifying risks and edge cases.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and train stakeholders on content standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured content models and technical standards for digital learning experiences.
• Design, review storyboards and content specifications for digital learning experiences.
• Define how autograded content should be structured and validated for accuracy and learner feedback.
• Guide vendor partners to ensure deliverables meet instructional, accessibility, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Lead AI-enabled authoring workflows and improve content development processes.
• Set quality and accessibility expectations and perform final checks before release.
