PowerSchool is building a modern Knowledge Management organization to create a unified, AI-ready content foundation across 40+ products. The Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture, will shape the product content model, taxonomy, and reusable components to enable retrieval-augmented generation and scalable information architecture.
You will partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams to translate requirements into structured content.

We are seeking a Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture, to help define and implement the structural foundation of our product knowledge ecosystem. This role combines content strategy and hands‑on knowledge architecture, ensuring that content is structured, reusable, discoverable, and optimized for both human and AI‑driven experiences.
Description
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,400 - $106,800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
