Job summary

Stella Rising is seeking a Content Strategist to independently manage client content strategies, including SEO, GEO, and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with leadership to align with client goals, produce reports, and advance content architectures that boost visibility across search and AI platforms.

This remote role requires strong writing, analytics, and UX understanding, with experience in content marketing and a track record of meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting KPIs for client accounts.
• Advanced experience in content marketing and/or SEO.
• Strong writing skills with portfolio.
• Knowledge of keyword research tools and techniques to support optimization.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools for ideation, drafting, optimization, and analysis.
• Familiarity with GEO and how content performs across AI answer platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content performance.
• Excellent communication skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of UX principles and content architecture.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the content strategy for your own set of clients, ensuring their goals are met through effective planning and execution.
• Build and present comprehensive reports that tell a compelling story of the client’s content performance and strategy outcomes.
• Develop content strategies that align with client goals and/or drive measurable results across search and AI-driven discovery.
• Execute content production tasks, including keyword research, content planning, briefs, and optimization.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow for keyword discovery, briefing, content optimization, and performance analysis, with strong judgment on responsible use.
• Apply and advance GEO best practices to drive visibility across AI answer platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Build and maintain a scalable, structured content architecture aligned with agency standards that improves content discovery, comprehension, and conversion, ensuring content is both search-ready and AI-ready for each client account.
• Extend organic visibility strategy to platforms that influence LLM responses, including communities and forums such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to align strategies with client business goals.
• Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and adheres to client brand guidelines before approval and distribution.
• Track and report on KPIs, and use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions that optimize future content strategies.
• Integrate UX principles into content strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Manage the content lifecycle comprehensively, including planning, production, approval processes, distribution, performance measurement, and content maintenance.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, SEO, GEO, and AI search.
