Spiralyze LLC is seeking a content producer to own the editorial strategy and publishing cadence for LinkedIn and YouTube. You will turn proprietary founder insights into a steady stream of high-impact content and lead a small production team.

You'll be the producer who combines writing, strategy, and leadership, ensuring consistent voice and data-driven storytelling across platforms. This role blends strategy, writing, and creative direction in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience planning multi-platform editorial calendars.
• Ability to lead creative teams and ghostwrite in founder's voice.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Run founder interview sessions to extract insights.
• Write or ghostwrite 4-5 LinkedIn posts weekly and scripts for 1-2 YouTube videos.
• Direct in-house videographer and designers; set briefs.
• Track engagement, growth, and performance; report to leadership.
