Spiralyze is looking for a Content Strategist / Showrunner to lead content for their media brand in Atlanta. The role involves building an editorial strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube, working closely with the Founder to extract insightful content from A/B testing data. Ideal candidates will possess strong writing and strategic thinking skills, as well as experience in developing content that builds brands around personalities. Qualifications

• 3 - 8 years of experience in content strategy and creation.
• Ability to write hooks that stop people mid-scroll.
• Experience building audiences around founder-led brands.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Run biweekly sessions with the Founder to capture insights.
• Write or direct 4–5 LinkedIn posts and scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos per week.
• Manage a creative team including videographer and graphic designer.
• Track engagement metrics and iterate on content strategy.
