Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Content Review Operations Manager in a hybrid role in California to oversee end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory content review processes. You will ensure timely, compliant approvals and audit readiness to accelerate asset time-to-market.

The role partners with cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, designing operational plans, and managing MLR cycles while maintaining metadata and business rules for modular content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years partnering with diverse stakeholders; 3+ years in content/digital asset management, content or marketing operations, content review and approval, compliance, or governance.
• Hands-on experience with VVPM or similar platforms.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or regulated industries.
• Understand marketing and medical content lifecycles and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Content Review Operations plans aligned with compliance and product standards.
• Optimize resource allocation and provide strategic planning inputs to streamline review processes.
• Lead MLR review cycles ensuring SOP adherence and high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional review teams and accelerate approvals.
• Manage submission validation, agenda prep, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain metadata and business rules to support modular content standards.
