Job summary

Zohorecruit in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Content Review Operations Manager on a hybrid schedule to lead end-to-end MLR content reviews in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will develop operations plans, coordinate submissions, validate content metadata, and ensure audit-ready documentation while partnering with content owners, agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years cross-functional stakeholder management.
• 3+ years in content operations, digital asset management, or governance.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare).
• Knowledge of medical and marketing content lifecycles and MLR processes.
• Strong program management and facilitation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MLR content review processes to ensure compliance.
• Develop content review operations plans and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate submission validation, agenda prep, review meetings, and approvals.
• Maintain content metadata, business rules, and modular content standards.
• Identify gaps and risks; ensure audit trails and governance records.
• Collaborate with owners, agencies, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
