Job summary

Genentech seeks an experienced Content Review Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory review processes for promotional or medical content. You will ensure compliant, timely, and auditable workflows that support speed to market and high-quality content.

The role requires managing review plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining robust audit trails to meet internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years partnering with diverse stakeholders.
• 3+ years in roles focused on content/digital asset management, content/marketing operations, or governance.
• Experience with regulatory review processes and compliance within a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Content Review Operations plans aligned with compliance and product standards.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize review processes and throughput.
• Lead Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviews ensuring SOPs and quality standards are met.
