Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in supplier/partner operations, content operations, or catalog metadata within data/AI/media/content licensing.
• Experience with metadata, content libraries, catalog structures, asset management, or CMS workflows.
• Experience onboarding, organizing, delivering, or managing partner-supplied content libraries.
• Strong external communication skills for partner-facing conversations.
• Highly organized with multi-workstream and cross-functional handoffs.
• Experience using Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• AI, machine learning, or data licensing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing operational communication with signed supply partners regarding readiness, metadata, content refreshes, and activities.
• Maintain accurate supplier profiles and internal documentation across systems.
• Drive content readiness by tracking catalog details, rights, metadata, samples, and delivery status.
• Coordinate supplier support for initial library delivery and updates.
• Track supplier lifecycle milestones including renewals, expirations, and exclusivity periods.
• Monitor supplier activity and open questions to ensure timely follow-through.
• Coordinate supplier information and handoffs across onboarding, readiness, and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier workflows and documentation as the network scales.
