Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partnerships Operations to lead content rights, ingestion, and metadata workflows for music tools used by 306M daily users. You will coordinate across licensing, product, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives and launches.

The role requires deep music rights experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive automation in a lean environment. Located in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in global operations for music tech or digital music services
• Proven relationships with major and indie music content owners
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Responsibilities

• Content rights landscape management for music across labels, publishers, and PROs
• Content ingestion practices (DDEX) and metadata management
• Ensure compliance with reporting obligations from licensing agreements
• Manage 3rd party service providers
• Develop content management system architecture and tooling
• Drive automation to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times
• Serve as escalation point for complex partner issues
