Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy and publish to client currency/quality standards.
• Follow task lists and potentially cross-train on related functions.
• Perform scanning, data entry, pagination, and basic troubleshooting.
• Initial bib/abstract data entry for documents.
• Audit documents or processes and correct errors as needed.
• Monitor production workload to meet currency and schedules.
• Collaborate with other content operations teams to support production and databases.
