Aquent Talent in San Francisco is seeking a Content Review Operations Specialist for a temporary assignment. You will support medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows and manage digital asset processes using Veeva Vault PromoMats, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires 3+ years in content operations, strong communication, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across content workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
• Manage claims processes and metadata alignment.
• Validate content metadata and business rules for modular content.
• Serve as primary VVPM user support contact.
• Triage, resolve, or escalate user tickets.
• Guide stakeholders to SOPs, job aids, and training resources.
• Track recurring issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Build relationships with internal teams, affiliates, and external partners.
