Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Veeva Vault Application Specialist to operate, maintain and optimize Veeva PromoMats and MedComms for Medical and Commercial teams. You will govern content review, approvals and workflows while enhancing Digital Asset Management across global markets.

The role requires 6 years in digital marketing services with strong DAM experience and 2–3 years with Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, plus SDLC governance and stakeholder engagement. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
6 years of total experience in digital marketing services with extensive DAM experience.
2–3 years of direct experience with Veeva PromoMats and MedComms, managing workflows.
Strong DAM processes knowledge, including tagging, reuse and asset promotion.
Ability to engage leaders and govern platform changes effectively.
Experience administering Veeva Vault with compliance and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and optimize Veeva PromoMats and MedComms platforms for Medical and Commercial teams.
Define functional requirements for content review and approval with regulatory considerations.
Govern platforms with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Medical and Commercial units.
Collaborate with project coordinators to improve content review workflows and resolve issues.
Build and optimize DAM capabilities for global asset approvals and localization.
Lead platform administration of Veeva Vault, including configurations and updates.
