Job summary

Ascendis Pharma seeks a Veeva Vault Application Specialist to operate and optimize PromoMats/MedComms for Medical and Commercial teams. You will drive content review workflows, governance, and DAM improvements across global markets, ensuring compliance and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, platform administration, and ongoing feature research to enhance the Digital Asset Management ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• Total 6 years of experience in digital marketing services with extensive DAM expertise.
• 2–3 years of direct experience with Veeva PromoMats and MedComms, managing workflows.
• Proven experience in DAM processes: tagging, content reuse, promotions.
• Strong ability to engage leadership and stakeholders for prioritization and governance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize Veeva PromoMats and MedComms platforms for Medical and Commercial teams.
• Define and optimize content review and approval workflows across markets (Europe and US).
• Lead administration of Veeva Vault, including configurations and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on proofs, prototypes, and product enhancements.
• Ensure SDLC governance with testing and documentation of releases.
