Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Content Integration & Messaging Assistant to support the content marketing team and its initiatives. You will help centralize and standardize content processes, ensuring efficient development and delivery of marketing content that advances firm priorities.

Responsibilities include managing workflows in Workfront, improving content infrastructure, and ensuring quality across messaging and materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and iManage; experience with firm marketing systems software is a plus.
• Available to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing content workflows and intake in Workfront with complete submissions and on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to maintain workflow, clarity for stakeholders and momentum of projects.
• Support and improve content infrastructure, including workflows, templates, and messaging frameworks.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and key metrics.
• Govern firmwide marketing materials in Templafy including updates and usability improvements.
• Conduct research to support content strategy, messaging, and positioning.
• Audit, draft, edit, and quality-check content across formats to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate needs and support high-priority initiatives aligned with broader firm goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
