Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Content Integration & Messaging Assistant to join the Marketing & Client Development team in Seattle. The role supports the infrastructure of the content marketing team and collaborates with marketing, client development, and administrative teams to centralize and standardize content strategy, messaging, and materials.

You will help manage workflows in Workfront, drive cross-functional alignment, and support governance of materials in Templafy, while contributing to

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage and marketing systems software.
• Overtime availability as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing content workflows and intake in Workfront, ensuring complete submissions and on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to maintain workflow efficiency and project momentum.
• Support governance of firmwide marketing materials in Templafy, including updates and organization.
• Develop trackers and dashboards to monitor progress and provide visibility into key metrics.
