Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Content Integration & Messaging Assistant to support the Marketing & Client Development team. You will help centralize and standardize content processes, manage workflows in Workfront, and contribute to messaging frameworks and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business/marketing, experience with marketing systems, and strong communication. This role requires attention to detail and confidentiality in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and iManage after orientation.
Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Manage marketing content workflows and intake in Workfront.
Drive cross-functional alignment to maintain workflow efficiency and project momentum.
Support governance of firmwide marketing materials in Templafy and keep documentation updated.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
Develop trackers, dashboards and reporting to monitor progress and metrics.
