Job summary

Responsibilities

• Управлять контент-проектами и процессом производства контента для мобильного приложения.
• Координировать несколько проектов одновременно, расставлять приоритеты и соблюдать сроки.
• Готовить чёткие и детальные брифы для команд; обеспечивать коммуникацию между участниками проектов.
• Содействовать эффективной коммуникации между стейкхолдерами, отслеживать сроки и решать возникающие вопросы.
• Структурировать и визуализировать информацию в Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira и Figma.
• Обеспечивать доставку контента высокого качества в соответствие с продуктом и бизнес-целями.

Задачи:

Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production. Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges. Structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma. Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets product and business standards.

Требования:

2+ years of experience in content project management within a commercial company or a non-profit organization. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation, and deadline tracking. Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and understand dependencies across projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and proactively solve problems. Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence. Understanding of the health, fitness, and active lifestyle industry.
