Job summary

Vizient seeks an experienced leader to own the strategy and evolution of major internal platform domains. You will align semantic models, knowledge services, and AI-ready context layers with enterprise goals, while partnering across engineering, architecture and product teams to improve developer productivity and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading product management, enterprise platform products, or AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience managing semantic platforms, knowledge services, ontologies, and metadata.
• Proven success leading cross-functional platform initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, and roadmap alignment across internal platform areas.
• Partner with engineering, AI Delivery, architecture, security and leadership to define priorities.
• Establish decision frameworks to sequence capabilities and reduce technical debt.
• Drive evolution of semantic layers, metadata, ontologies, and reusable knowledge services.
• Develop platform capabilities for enterprise data products and AI-ready experiences.
• Align roadmaps with measurable outcomes: adoption, governance, and speed.
• Facilitate executive alignment on direction, funding, and adoption of AI-first practices.
• Translate technical strategy into business-relevant decisions.
• Guide a small team of platform product professionals and establish lean processes.
• Build partnerships to drive platform adoption and consistent delivery.
