Qualifications

• Experience supporting content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or enterprise content repositories.
• Experience supporting content governance, documentation practices, or workflow administration.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration, maintenance, and organization of marketing content platforms and digital asset systems.
• Coordinates content governance to keep assets, templates, and resources current and aligned.
• Maintains digital asset libraries and project information to improve accessibility.
• Prepares reports and dashboards on content inventory, usage, and adoption.
• Supports training, onboarding, and documentation for marketing content systems.
