Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator in Massachusetts to oversee MLR/CCC workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate digital content development for pharma marketing.

You will manage content inventories, track review cycles and timelines, partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Operations, and regulatory teams, and help optimize governance and processes for website migrations and omnichannel content strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content operations, promotional review, marketing operations, or project coordination in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Hands-on experience coordinating MLR, MRC, or CCC review processes.
• Experience facilitating the approval, management, and development of digital content, specifically websites.
• Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong project coordination, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MLR/CCC review, submission, and approval workflows for promotional and digital content.
• Support two website migration projects, ensuring content readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage content inventories, annotations, references, screenshots, metadata, and supporting documentation.
• Track review cycles, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, agency partners, Digital Operations, and regulatory review teams.
• Maintain content governance processes and identify workflow improvements.
