Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Content Operations & Governance Manager to build and enable efficient, compliant, and scalable content operations across the Endoscopy organization. You will oversee end-to-end content lifecycle, ensure regulatory and quality alignment, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in content operations, governance, or related functions in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory, medical, compliance, legal, or quality review processes.
• Experience managing content workflows, platforms, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM, workflow tools, and PM solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state content workflows and establish standardized, scalable processes across the content lifecycle.
• Own and optimize end-to-end content and asset lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving visibility.
• Partner to support governance standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate LRC review workflows and improve submission readiness and review cycle times.
• Guide content creators and stakeholders on processes, readiness, quality, and workflow best practices.
• Lead Endoscopy content management and DAM workflows, including taxonomy, metadata governance, and asset organization.
• Monitor asset lifecycle activities, retention, archival, and documentation management for audit readiness.
• Establish visibility with inventories, reporting, dashboards, and lifecycle controls.
• Develop training programs to improve adoption and consistency.
• Coordinate content operations initiatives balancing timelines, compliance, and priorities.
• Act as SME for content operations data, enabling reporting and insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions and future platform enhancements.
• Partner with platform teams to represent Endoscopy needs and influence enhancements.
• Support additional content operations initiatives as needed.
